Painted box-type substation shell is a protective structure designed for outdoor power equipment (such as box-type substation), which has both functionality, durability and aesthetics. The shell adopts high-strength materials and painting technology, which can adapt to different climatic environments, and at the same time, it can meet the needs of customers for brand promotion or environmental integration through customized design.

Material selection:

Stainless steel (corrosion resistance, long life)

Aluminum-zinc plated steel plate (rust-resistant, cost-effective)

Aluminum alloy (light weight, salt fog resistance, suitable for coastal areas)

Structural design: modular assembly, convenient transportation and installation; Double steel plate+thermal insulation layer (optional) to improve thermal insulation and noise reduction performance.

The protection grades

Standard protection level: IP54 (dustproof and splash-proof) or IP55 (water-proof), and higher protection level can be customized.

Wind resistance grade: ≥12 (strengthen the structure as required).

Fire resistance: optional flame retardant coating or fire retardant board (in line with GB/T 2408 standard).

Painted appearance design

Pattern customization: support corporate LOGO, environmental protection theme, urban landscape and other painted patterns to enhance brand image or environmental coordination.

Process technology: fluorocarbon spraying or high-temperature baking paint technology is adopted, which has high color fidelity, strong ultraviolet resistance and weather resistance and will not fade for more than 10 years.

Internal configuration

Ventilation and heat dissipation: louvers+dust screen are standard, and forced exhaust system or air conditioning reserved interface can be selected.

Moisture-proof and condensation-proof: built-in heater and temperature and humidity controller (optional).

Safety protection: three-point door lock, anti-pry hinge, optional electronic lock or remote monitoring interface.

Installation and maintenance

The base is reserved with lifting holes and forklift slots to support quick installation.

The surface is easy to clean and the maintenance cost is low.

Customize service content

Size and structure customization

Customize the length/width/height according to the equipment size and internal layout requirements, and support non-standard special-shaped design (such as L-shaped and double-layer structure).

Single door, double door or rolling door can be selected, and the direction of door axis can be adjusted.

Appearance customization

Color and pattern: provide Pantone color card color selection, support customers to provide design drafts or our design team to complete the pattern scheme.

Surface treatment: matte, bright, metallic texture and other processes are optional.

Acclimatization

Cold area: strengthen insulation layer and sealing strip at the door.

High humidity area: add anti-condensation device and double-layer waterproof eaves.

Special requirements: explosion-proof design, sound insulation and noise reduction (with sound-absorbing cotton inside), and prevention of small animals from entering (metal mesh sealing).

Adequate and systematic service

Design support: provide 3D renderings and structural drawings confirmation services.

Installation guidance: provide on-site installation technical guidance or whole construction service.

After-sales service: the warranty period is 1-3 years (depending on the material), life-long maintenance, quick response to fault handling.
